tools in time can not only protecting the spindle, but also to increase production capacity.

Stone engraving machine tool after serious wear, cutting force can be increased to three
times normal. In the case where the cutting force is increased three times, processing 1
minute, equivalent to the spindle under normal circumstances to use 27 minutes. So after
serious wear, the tools not only affect the processing of the sample, but also cut short the
life of the spindle.

So what is the best time to replace the stone engraving machine tool? Under normal
circumstances, we should limit the time at about 2/3 tool change in tool life. For example,
a serious tool wear in 60 minutes, the next time processing tool change should begin in
40 minutes, and develop a regular habit of replacing tools. Carving knives must be
replaced in order to ensure the overall performance of the machine, and to improve the
efficiency of the machine and prolong working life.
